**Processing Time**
* Items are made-to-order and hand-packed. Please allow **3-5 business days** after payment clears (Monday–Friday, U.S. holidays excluded) for production.
* Peak seasons or limited-edition launches may extend processing to 7 business days; we’ll announce any delays.
**How We Choose a Carrier**
To keep shipping both affordable and timely, we compare real-time rates and transit estimates for each order and select the carrier that offers the best balance of price and delivery speed. Most U.S. packages ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, but the exact service can vary by destination, weight, and current carrier performance.

**Order Changes & Address Corrections**
Email emily@tabletalkhome.com within 12 hours to edit or cancel. Once a label is created, we can’t redirect packages.
**Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages**
* “Delivered” but missing? Wait 48 hours, then contact your local carrier branch. If unresolved, email us for help filing a claim.
* Damaged in transit? Send photos within 7 days— we’ll reship or refund.
* We’ll always advocate with the carrier, but transit delays are beyond our control.
